What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate and manage multiple related projects to achieve common business objectives
• Develop and implement program road maps and governance structures
• Manage program communications with stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams
• Perform risk management and oversee scheduling, financial, and technical performance of programs
• Provide coaching to project managers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management/program management with large, complex projects
• Proficient in various project management methodologies and tools
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate project teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical capabilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in financial management and budget administration across multiple projects
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and manage risks at a program level
• Skills in strategic planning and forecasting for program initiatives
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
