As a Kotlin Coding Specialist – AI Trainer, you’ll play a key role in teaching AI systems to understand and generate world-class Kotlin code. You’ll bring your Android engineering expertise to guide how these models learn to reason, problem-solve, and write software like a professional developer.

What You’ll Do

• Review and refine AI-generated Kotlin code for correctness, performance, and clarity
• Write clean, efficient, idiomatic Kotlin solutions for real-world development tasks (bug fixes, feature requests, refactors)
• Demonstrate modern Android design patterns and best practices in your solutions
• Document your reasoning process to help the AI learn expert coding approaches

What You Bring

• Proven experience building and maintaining production-level Android applications
• Deep knowledge of Kotlin and Android development, including:
• Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, and Jetpack libraries (Room, WorkManager, Datastore, ViewModel, Hilt)
• build.gradle configuration, dependency management, and networking libraries (OkHttp, Retrofit, Coil)
• Bonus: experience with CameraX, ExoPlayer, or Media3
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions
