Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate coding benchmarks in Kotlin using real-world Android repositories.
• Curate technical tasks, solutions, and test suites to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Implement robust unit and integration tests to verify benchmark quality.
• Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for scalability and reproducibility.
• Provide structured feedback on code structure, readability, and Android best practices.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3–10 years of professional experience as an Android Engineer or Mobile Developer.
• Proven expertise in Kotlin and mobile application development.
• Hands-on experience with debugging, testing, and code validation.
• Excellent technical reasoning and communication skills.
• Background in developing production-grade Android applications.

Project Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1 month (extendable based on performance)

Compensation & Contract

• Hourly Rate: $90/hour + performance-based bonuses (average total: $200/hour)
